Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Renzo Records order. If you need to return or exchange something, here’s how it works:

1. Return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. How to start a return

Email us at hello@renzorecords.com with your order number and details.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).

  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customised or personalised products (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale, unless faulty)

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.

6. EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the UK or European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition.

This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
